- Heat a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the black beans and a couple tablespoons of chunky salsa.
- Heat the beans, stirring and lightly mashing the beans often, until heated through and cooked to desired consistency, about 5-7 minutes. Keep cooking for a thicker consistency.
- Meanwhile, heat a medium skillet over medium heat and fry eggs as desired.
Spoon a couple spoonfuls of the beans onto each tostada. Top each tostada with a fried egg, then top with salsa, Cotija Cheese, and other desired toppings!
