Mash together the avocado, onion, garlic, ½ of the lime juice, ½ of the cilantro, and a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
In another bowl, mix together the sour cream, mayonnaise, cotija, chili powder, remaining lime juice, cilantro, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Fold in the corn and mix well to combine.
Spoon the guacamole into a serving bowl or dish and top with the corn mixture. Top with more cotija cheese and cilantro and enjoy!
