Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Queso Fresco

Serves: 4
Our Roasted Brussels Sprouts topped with crumbled Queso Fresco cheese makes the best holiday side dish or main meal!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/4 cup Rizo Bros. Queso Fresco
  • 1/2 lb Brussel Sprouts
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Pomegranate Seeds
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)

PREPARATION:

  1. Sauté Brussel Sprouts with olive oil until tender and slightly browned, over medium heat.
  2. Toss with pomegranate seeds, Queso Fresco, salt and pepper.
  3. Garnish with additional pomegranate seeds and Queso Fresco as desired.
