Quick & Easy Shrimp Ceviche

This ceviche is perfect for your next meal with bold flavors, highlighted by the use fresh ingredients.

  • 1 lb salad shrimp, cooked
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • ½ cucumber, diced
  • ¼ red onion, diced
  • ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • Salt
  • Tostadas, to serve
  • Rizo Bros Panela, crumbled, to serve
  • Cilantro, to serve
  • Lime slices, to serve



  1. In a large bowl combine the shrimp, avocado, bell pepper, tomato, cucumber, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Stir to combine, taste, and season with more salt as needed. Let chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours. 
  3. To serve, place a generous spoonful of the ceviche on a tostada and top with crumbled panela, cilantro, and lime wedges. Serve immediately.
