Queso Fresco Frito Boat

Serves: 4
Our two favorite party snacks come together in one amazingly delicious bowl.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 medium bag Fritos Corn Chips
  • 1 can spicy organic Chili
  • 1/2 cup Rizo Bros Queso Fresco
  • 1/4 cup Rizo Bros Oaxaca Cheese
  • 1 white onion
  • 1 bunch cilantro

PREPARATION:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Dice white onion and roughly chop cilantro
  3. Heat Chili in a small saucepan
  4. Pour Fritos into small glass baking dish
  5. Ladle chili onto Fritos
  6. Break apart Rizo Bros Oaxaca Cheese and spread onto chili
  7. Evenly distribute Rizo Bros Queso Fresco on top of the chili
  8. Place dish in oven and bake until cheese is melted and bubbly
  9. Remove Frito boat from the oven and garnish with cilantro and onions. Enjoy!
