Peach & Prosciutto Puff Pastry with Blanco Cheese

'Tis the season for a sweet and savory peach puff pastry baked with Blanco Cheese and prosciutto then drizzled in a balsamic glaze.

  • 2 Cups Rizo Bros Blanco Cheese
  • 1 Sheet Frozen Puff Pastry Dough
  • 2 Peaches
  • 5 Thin Slices of Prosciutto
  • Balsamic Glaze (garnish)
  • Green Onions (garnish)


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Thaw frozen puff pastry dough according to the package.
  2. Cut peaches into slices. Chop green onion.
  3. Layout 1 sheet of thawed puff pastry dough, on to a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes.
  4. Spread Blanco Cheese evenly over partially cooked dough. Add peaches on top of the Blanco Cheese.
  5. Cook puff pastry for an additional 10 minutes or until puff pastry is golden brown.
  6. Top with Prosciutto. Garnish with balsamic glaze drizzle and sprinkle of green onions.
