Panela Beer Cheese Dip & Pretzels
A yummy twist on a traditional dish!
1 (8oz) Rizo Bros Panela Cheese
1/3 cup Beer, Lager or Ale
2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
2 Tbsp Onion Powder
1/4 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese (grated)
1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
4 Large Soft Pretzels
1 Tbsp Green Onion (garnish)
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
In a sauce pan, combine Rizo Bros Panela Cheese, beer, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, cheddar, salt and pepper.
Stir over medium heat until combined and smooth.
Pour hot cheese in oven safe baking dish or cast iron.
Bake for 15 minutes or until top is golden brown and bubbling.
Garnish with green onion and serve with warm pretzels.
