Oaxaca Cheese Radish Crostini Appetizers

Serves: 3-6
Start your meal off right with these favorite Oaxaca Cheese Radish Crostini appetizers!

  • 3 fresh Bolillo rolls
  • 1 bunch red radishes
  • 1 cup Rizo Bros Oaxaca Cheese
  • 2 fresh Roma tomatoes
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Cut Bolillo rolls into 1/2” pieces at an angle
  3. Lightly brush sliced rolls with olive oil and season with salt and pepper
  4. Bake oiled/seasoned bread for 5-7 minutes or until lightly crispy
  5. Thinly slice radishes and place in ice water
  6. Cut Roma tomatoes 1/4” thick
  7. Roughly chop cilantro
  8. Cut Rizo Bros Oaxaca Cheese into slices & add on top of bread
  9. Lay tomatoes on top of cheese and season with salt and pepper then top with radish slices
  10. Garnish with generous amount of cilantro & drizzle with oil and season to taste. Enjoy!
