Desired toppings such as jalapeno slices, cilantro, and sour cream
PREPARATION:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Heat a medium skillet over medium heat and lightly oil the skillet. Add the ground beef and taco seasoning and cook, stirring and breaking up the beef, until the beef is browned and cooked through, about 7 minutes.
Spread the refried beans in an even layer on 4 of the tortillas and place on baking sheets. Top each tortilla with the cooked ground beef, then place another tortilla on top of the ground beef. Top with shredded cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Remove from the oven and top with chopped green onion, sliced olives, chopped tomato, and other toppings as desired.
