Mexican BLT with Oaxaca Cheese

Serves: 4
Melty Oaxaca cheese, fresh bread and crispy bacon make this the mother of all BLTs!

  • Rizo Bros Oaxaca Cheese 
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 2 Baguettes 
  • 1 lb Bacon 
  • ¼ cup Radish 
  • ½ cup Romaine Lettuce
  • 2 Green Onions 
  • 1 Jalapeño 
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)


  1. Slice baguettes into two pieces and cut open lengthwise. Place slices of Oaxaca Cheese on one side. 
  2. Place sandwiches on a baking sheet and in the oven for approximately 2 minutes under the broiler, or until melted. 
  3. Cook bacon until crispy. 
  4. Layer sandwiches with tomatoes, bacon, green onions, lettuce, radishes and jalapeño. 
  5. Season sandwich with salt and pepper.
