Mexican BLT with Oaxaca Cheese
Melty Oaxaca cheese, fresh bread and crispy bacon make this the mother of all BLTs!
Rizo Bros Oaxaca Cheese
1 lb Bacon
¼ cup Radish
½ cup Romaine Lettuce
2 Green Onions
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Slice baguettes into two pieces and cut open lengthwise. Place slices of Oaxaca Cheese on one side.
Place sandwiches on a baking sheet and in the oven for approximately 2 minutes under the broiler, or until melted.
Cook bacon until crispy.
Layer sandwiches with tomatoes, bacon, green onions, lettuce, radishes and jalapeño.
Season sandwich with salt and pepper.
