Serves: 4-6 The only thing better than a margarita in the summertime is a frozen margarita in popsicle form. Trust us, you'll want to make a double batch.
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup coconut cream
½ cup lime juice
½ cup silver tequila
¼ cup orange juice
3 tbsp honey or agave
Zest of 1 lime
PREPARATION:
Optional step: Pour the coconut cream into an empty ice cube tray. Place the tray in the freezer and freeze until the cubes of coconut cream are firm, about 4 hours.
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth, about 15-30 seconds.
Pour into popsicle molds and cover. Transfer to the freezer and freeze until the popsicles are firm, about 6-12 hours.
