Margarita Coconut Popsicles

Serves: 4-6
The only thing better than a margarita in the summertime is a frozen margarita in popsicle form. Trust us, you'll want to make a double batch.

  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • ½ cup lime juice
  • ½ cup silver tequila
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 3 tbsp honey or agave
  • Zest of 1 lime


  1. Optional step: Pour the coconut cream into an empty ice cube tray. Place the tray in the freezer and freeze until the cubes of coconut cream are firm, about 4 hours.
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth, about 15-30 seconds.
  3. Pour into popsicle molds and cover. Transfer to the freezer and freeze until the popsicles are firm, about 6-12 hours.
