Layered Bean Dip

The BEST and easiest layer bean dip with refried beans, guacamole, sour cream, salsa, olives, green onion and three different types of cheese!

  • 16 ounce can refried beans
  • 10 ounces sour cream
  • 8 ounces guacamole
  • 8 ounces chunky red salsa
  • ¼ cup Rizo Bros Queso Fresco, crumbled
  • ¼ cup Rizo Bros Cotija, crumbled
  • 8 ounces Rizo Bros Oaxaca cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup sliced black olives
  • ½ cup green onion, chopped
  • 1 roma tomato, diced


  1. In a 9×9 or 8×8 inch serving dish, begin layering the dip by spreading the refried beans over the bottom of the dish evenly.
  2. Next, spread the sour cream layer evenly, followed by the guacamole, and red salsa.
  3. Sprinkle the queso fresco, cotija, and oaxaca over the salsa layer evenly until you can’t see the salsa anymore.
  4. Sprinkle with the black olives, green onion, and tomato.
  5. Serve with chips and enjoy!
