Serves: 4 This Jalapeno Popper Grilled Cheese recipe is a delectable combination of jalapenos, gooey Oaxaca and bacon!
INGREDIENTS:
Rizo Bros Oaxaca Cheese (sliced)
8 slices of Bacon (cooked)
1 Tbsp Cilantro
8 slices Sourdough Bread
1 Tbsp Butter
4 Jalapeños (sliced)
PREPARATION:
Butter bread on one side of each piece. On the non-buttered side of the bread, stack Oaxaca cheese, cooked bacon slices, cilantro and sliced jalapeños. Place another piece of bread on top, with the buttered side facing out.
Grill in a hot pan or in a cast iron skillet, until the cheese has melted and the bread is toasted.
