Halloween Taco Dip

Serves: 3-4
This guacamole and salsa taco dip with Rizo Bros Spicy Cotija is sure to please. Add a spider web design on top for your next monster bash!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 15 ounce can refried beans
  • 1/3 cup taco sauce or salsa
  • 1/2 cup guacamole
  • 25 oz can sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup Rizo Bros Spicy Cojita Cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped ripe tomato
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 jalapeƱo, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • plastic squeeze bottle (optional)
  • Spider decoration optional
  • Tortilla chips to serve

PREPARATION:

  1. Layer Beans, Taco Sauce or Salsa and Guacamole in a glass pie plate or serving dish of your choice.
  2. Mix sour cream with enough milk, put in a plastic squeeze bottle to make a thin consistency for the spider web design.
  3. Draw circles over the guacamole with the sour cream, starting small in the center and larger as you go outward.
  4. Take a toothpick and make lines going from the center of the sour cream toward the outside edge of the dish.
  5. Garnish the outer edge with olives, tomato, jalapeno and top with Spicy Cojita Cheese.
  6. Serve with Tortilla Chips
