Grilling Cheese & Vegetable Skewers

Serves: 1-2
Fire up your grill to make these quick and delicious vegetable skewers to go with Rizo Bros Grilling Cheese.

  • 1 Zucchini
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper
  • 12 Mushrooms
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 12 Cherry Tomatoes
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper


  1. In a dish with water, soak bamboo skewers while prepping the vegetables. This allows the skewers not to burn on the grill. If you are using metal skewers, skip this step.
  2. Slice vegetables in large pieces and alternate items on skewers.
  3. Cut Rizo Bros Grilling Cheese into large cubes. Drizzle cheese and vegetable skewers with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Place on high heat grill until desired char is reached.
  5. Plate and serve with pesto or cilantro lime dipping sauce.
