Grilled Halloumi Bowl with Lemon Dill Cream Dressing
Serves: 1-2 Our Grilled Halloumi Bowl with Lemon Dill Cream Dressing can be tossed together in under 30 minutes and makes a delicious lunch or easy weeknight dinner.
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups fresh arugula
1 square Rizo Bros Grilling Cheese, cut in half diagonally
2 tbsp oil
1/4 cup fresh dill sprigs
2 lemons, zested and juiced
2 cups Mexican crema
1 tbsp salt and pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 large heirloom tomato, sliced 1/2 “ thick
PREPARATION:
Place medium skillet on medium-high heat, add oil to pan
Place Grilling Cheese in pan, flipping to the side after 3 and 1/2 minutes
Place crema, lemon juice and zest, dill sprigs, and dry seasoning in mixing bowl
Whisk ingredients thoroughly and taste for seasoning
