Grilled Halloumi Bowl with Lemon Dill Cream Dressing

Our Grilled Halloumi Bowl with Lemon Dill Cream Dressing can be tossed together in under 30 minutes and makes a delicious lunch or easy weeknight dinner.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups fresh arugula
  • 1 square Rizo Bros Grilling Cheese, cut in half diagonally
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill sprigs
  • 2 lemons, zested and juiced
  • 2 cups Mexican crema
  • 1 tbsp salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 large heirloom tomato, sliced 1/2 “ thick

PREPARATION:

  1. Place medium skillet on medium-high heat, add oil to pan
  2. Place Grilling Cheese in pan, flipping to the side after 3 and 1/2 minutes
  3. Place crema, lemon juice and zest, dill sprigs, and dry seasoning in mixing bowl
  4. Whisk ingredients thoroughly and taste for seasoning
  5. Place arugula in bowl
  6. Drizzle arugula with dressing
  7. Top with grilled cheese and tomato
  8. Drizzle with additional dressing
