Cheesy Mexican Garlic Bread
This easy Cheesy Mexican Bread recipe is a fun and spicy twist on traditional garlic bread!
1 French Bread Loaf
1 tbsp each Rizo Bros Cojita, Spicy Cojita and Oaxaca Cheese
1 tbsp Taco Seasoning
1 tbsp Cilantro
2 tbsp Butter (softened)
2 cloves Garlic (crushed)
Cut French bread loaf in half, horizontally.
Spread butter across the inside of each half.
Sprinkle finely chopped/crushed garlic across both halves.
Sprinkle taco seasoning on top of butter and garlic.
Next, sprinkle cheese mixture (Rizo Bros Cojita, Spicy Cojita and Oaxaca) over the bread.
Broil in the oven on low for 1-2 minutes, until cheese is melted and bread is golden. Keep a watchful eye, to not burn your bread.
Garnish bread with cilantro.
