Serves: 6 These juicy carne asada tacos are filled with marinated skirt steak and topped with fresh pineapple salsa and Queso Fresco.
INGREDIENTS:
Rizo Bros Queso Fresco
1 lb Marinated Carne Asada
12 Tortillas
1 Pineapple
1 Red Bell Pepper
1/2 Bunch Cilantro
2 Limes
Salt
PREPARATION:
Cut pineapple, red onion, red bell pepper and cilantro. Mix together in a mixing bowl and add lime juice and pinch of salt. Set aside or refrigerate overnight.
Take premarinated carne asada and grill.
Warm tortillas, then add grilled carne asada, pineapple salsa and top with Rizo Bros Queso Fresco.
