Cajun Shrimp Dip

Serves: 2-4
Our Cajun Shrimp Dip is spicy, creamy and topped with delicious grated cotija cheese. It'll be the hit of your next party!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups peeled shrimp
  • 1 green bell pepper, small diced
  • 1 tbsp crushed garlic
  • 1 jalapeño, finely diced
  • 2 tbsp cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 4 cups of cream
  • 2 cups Rizo Bros Oaxaca cheese
  • 1/2 cup Rizo Bros Cotija cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 tbsp oil

PREPARATION:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Grease small casserole dish
  3. Bring large sauté pan to medium-high heat
  4. Add oil and cook jalapeño, bell pepper, and onion
  5. Add cajun seasoning and stir in
  6. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring continuously
  7. Add garlic and cook until garlic is lightly golden
  8. Add shrimp and stir until cooked through
  9. Add cream and bring to a simmer
  10. Reduce cream by 1/3 and add Rizo Bros Oaxaca cheese
  11. Pour mixture into casserole dish
  12. Top with Rizo Bros Cotija Cheese and bake in oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden and bubbly
