Breakfast Burritos

Serves: 4-6
A new morning classic breakfast burrito featuring Oaxaca cheese, eggs, hash browns, breakfast sausage and tomato.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 Package of Rizo Bros Oaxaca Cheese
  • 6 Tortillas
  • 8 Eggs
  • 3 Cups Hash Browns or Tater Tots
  • 6 Breakfast Sausages
  • 1/3 Cup Cilantro
  • 1/2 Cup Tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper

PREPARATION:

  1. Scramble eggs in sauté pan with butter and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook hash browns or tater tots with olive oil until crispy and brown.
  3. Cook sausages until heated through.
  4. Warm tortillas on flat top or in a sauté pan. Add Rizo Bros Oaxaca Cheese to tortilla, then layer with eggs, potatoes, sausage, cilantro and tomatoes to each tortilla.
  5. Roll up each filled burrito.
