7 Layer Dip

Dive into layers of irresistible flavors with our 7 Layer Dip, boasting the tangy zest of pickled jalapeños and the velvety richness of Rizo Bros Queso Oaxaca, making it a fiesta of deliciousness.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 ½ cups refried beans (about 1 can)
  • 1 ½ cups guacamole
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Sliced pickled jalapenos
  • 8 oz Rizo Bros Queso Oaxaca, shredded
  • Pico de gallo (homemade or store bought)
  • Blue corn tortilla chips

PREPARATION:

  1. Spread the refried beans in the bottom of a serving dish. Follow with guacamole, spreading in an even layer. Follow with the sour cream.
  2. On top of the sour cream, place desired amount of pickled jalapenos.
  3. Follow with shredded oaxaca, then top with a few spoonfuls of pico de gallo.
  4. Serve with blue corn tortilla chips for a festive and delicious red, white, and blue layered dip!
